Pilot baseline for the Empire Tires MerchantCircuit request experience.
Information collected
When you submit a request, MerchantCircuit collects the contact, vehicle, tire, service, notes, source, and communication-consent choices you provide. It does not collect Social Security numbers, bank credentials, financing passwords, or payment-application data.
How information is used
Request information is used to help Empire Tires verify fitment, availability, pricing, fees, taxes, and service details; respond through your preferred channel; operate the pilot; and measure request outcomes. Promotional email and text consent are optional and separate from operational responses about your request.
Communication choices
You may opt out of promotional email using an unsubscribe link and promotional text by replying STOP when messaging is activated. Opting out does not cancel an active service request. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention, access, and deletion
Pilot request records should be retained only while needed for service, measurement, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. A production retention period will be approved before public launch. Requests to access, correct, or delete information will be routed to the merchant and MerchantCircuit administrator for verification and documented handling.
Payment options
Payment-option links open an authorized third-party destination. MerchantCircuit does not make credit decisions and does not receive financing proceeds. The provider’s own privacy policy and terms govern information entered there.
